Where are the houses located?

All our properties are located in East London in the neighbourhoods of Leyton, Leytonstone, Waltham- stow and Bounds Green.

Do the properties have a garden and living room?

Most of our shared houses in London have a living room and garden. Check Our House page to see all the characteristics of our properties.

Are the houses close to the Tube station?

All our houses have great transportation links with the main Underground Stations in our neighbour- hoods: Leyton Station, Leytonstone Station, Walthamstow Central Station and Bounds Green Stations. They operate on the Central Line, Victoria Line and Northern Line. Our accommodation also has good connections with the buses in the city, Overground lines and DLR.

What is the atmosphere in the houses?

All the vibes in the houses are great! Our tenants are young, international and social and they will make you feel at home. You will be able to make new friends!

What kind of rooms are in the houses?

Our accommodation in London offers single rooms and twin rooms.

What is a twin room?

A twin Room is a bedroom containing two single beds. It is perfect for friends and couples.

If I book a twin room, do I need to book the whole room?

No, you don’t need to book the whole room because we will pair you up with someone else.

Do you have ensuite rooms?

Yes, we do have some twin rooms that are en-suite. You can check them out here.

How big are the rooms?

We have arrange of room sizes from 9 sqm to 20 sqm.

What if there's an emergency and I need to contact the office?

Yes, we do! Our maintenance team will fix any unexpected issues that you might experience in your pro- perty. Our average time of resolution is less than 48h.

We do have also a housekeeping team that will clean the communal areas of your property at least once a week.

Our office speaks more languages than just English. We also speak Spanish, Catalan, Italian and French.

Even if the office is closed on the weekends and bank holidays, we have an emergency number phone that you can call for emergencies only.

How can I book a Room?

Yes! All the bills are included (water, electricity, gas) and the council tax as well. We do have Wi-Fi in all our properties that is also included in the price.
